  • Return & Shipping: Toys4all endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. 

As a policy, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our products.

Refunds and exchange will only be offered if the product is incorrectly delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect or product is damaged (only inside contents), possibly in transit. 

email us at online@trucareindia.in with your order number, date of transaction and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item( only inside contents ) in question.

Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 2 working days. 

After receiving the package, we will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return by our Quality Assurance Team, Your replacement request will be processed. Your returns issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving the return package from you.

Refunds are offered to customers through 2 different methods:

* Replacement

As an option in case, you don’t want to avail the product you have the choice to pick up any other product as a replacement to your product, which was un-repairable, or not in stock.

* Money refund

Genuine cases where the product is found defective, not in stock with us to replace or having manufacturing defects qualify for a full refund in case customer doesn’t wish to avail store credit or replacement options

Refund is accepted and offered when:

  1. The item to be replaced or returned is not in stock anymore.
  2. Item is un-repairable       
  3. Product is wrongly dispatched and different from what was ordered

Shipping Charges: A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 75/- is applicable on all orders .

It will take 3-5 working days for the delivery of a product . 

These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.

The shipping charges can be modified by Toys4all at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
The delivery date displayed while placing the order i.e. on the Product Details, Cart, Checkout and Order Confirmation page and in the order confirmation email are tentative. It may change once the order is shipped. Post-shipment of the order, an Estimated Delivery Date will be displayed in the 'Order Details' which will help you to keep a track of the shipment status of your order.

We provide some of our services and products through third parties.
