Thank you for shopping with Toys4all. Here are a few things you need to know about how we package, ship, and deliver your purchase(s). We ship all across India!
Packaging
- We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging
- Once our system processes orders, they are inspected thoroughly to ensure items are in perfect condition
- After orders pass our final round of quality checks, they are packaged in boxes, which are further covered in a plastic layer
- Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap where required; all fragile items are safely secured within bubble wrap
Shipping
- We usually dispatch most orders within one to four (1 to 4) business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
- The status of your package(s) can be tracked 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse
- Have you ordered multiple items? That’s great! Here’s how we ship them:
- Your order of multiple products will be shipped together and at the same time
- Sometimes, we might need to ship in separate lots, but don’t worry! This is very normal
- It simply means that different parts of your order may have been shipped from different warehouse locations
- Rest assured, you are only charged once for shipping—when you place your order
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping charges apply for most addresses in India
- Shipping charges within India:
- A flat Rs 99/- charge is applied to all orders below Rs. 1000/-
- Shipping is free for all orders above Rs. 1000/-
- Shipping charges, if any, are not refundable in case of return or cancellation of the product or order
- Shipping charges may be modified by Toys4all at any point without prior intimation; if there are new charges, they will reflect on the product page and in the checkout process
Delivery
- Our team coordinates with delivery partners to ensure the fastest possible delivery

- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order
- In case these partners are unable to reach your provided address at a convenient date and time, they will contact you directly to resolve the issue
Exceptions
- Though we keep 95% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself. While we try our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order
- If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be delayed due to increased volumes
